All Teams, including Academy, need to be pre registered along with an active Ceva Membership. Please bring a copy of CEVA Membership and Medical Waiver.
Registration Fee is $40 per Athlete, non refundable.
Teams
Academy Team:
Designed for Athletes looking to work on skills and fundamentals, typically new players trying to learn the sport.
- Practices one day a week, has scrimmages with other Teams
- No Tryouts required or needed
- Once registered, show on Sunday November 17th 9am - 1pm

Tryout Information:
Athletes should be pre regisgtered so we can plan accordingly and begin tryouts promptly. Registation Fee is $40, Non Refundable
Sunday November 17th - 15U/18U 7am - 1pm (Registration could take up until 4pm)
Athletes should show up ready to go in appropriate attire (knee pads, shoes, shirt and shorts)
Atheles should make sure they have water and a snack
CEVA Membership and Medical Release Form Should be brought to Tryouts
